

The majority of our executive searches have very specific requirements, with a small pool of potential candidates who typically are not actively seeking a new position. Many are also confidential or market sensitive. We therefore do not maintain a list of current assignments. However, for an indication of the type of work we do, please review a summary of some of the searches we have handled.
Our assignments span all aspect of our core business areas – finance, strategy, business development and M&A. Within finance, we regularly recruit for CFO positions at regional and national level, for Group Heads of Financial Reporting and Accounting, and for Heads of Business Planning and Analysis. We also identify candidates for senior roles in Internal Audit, Treasury and Taxation, and for positions in Operational Finance.
In the strategy arena, job titles vary but the roles for which we recruit are typically Head of Corporate Strategy or Strategic Planning. Within M&A, the majority of our work is identifying leaders of M&A activity for major international corporates, typically at the level of national or global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions.
As our relationship with a client develops, we may also take on other related assignments outside our core business area but which share a need for similarly high-calibre candidates. These could include sales, marketing and general management positions, where the requirements and knowledge are closely linked to our core business areas.
