As a search and selection company, our work is primarily retained assignments for a small number of multinational companies. We develop close, long-term relationships with our clients, giving us a thorough understanding of their business and the kind of applicant who will succeed in their particular environment. At any one time we will typically be handling a number of search assignments in the £75,000-250,000 salary range. The majority of these will be handled on a search basis; a small selection appears on our Current Opportunities page. Our clients are major international companies and have a regular requirement for high-calibre candidates with excellent communication skills, talent, ambition and a track-record of career success. Candidates must be able to offer: PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ONE or more of the following): a recognised finance qualification - ACA, CPA, CIMA or European equivalent MBA from an international business school EXPERIENCE (A MINIMUM OF FIVE YEARS) WITHIN: a major multinational company a major advisory firm within audit, transaction services or management consulting a major strategic or management consulting firm LANGUAGES: fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and an additional European language such as French, German, Italian or Spanish See Current Opportunities for examples of some of the work we are currently handling, or email your CV to us, including your current salary details.
