EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ONE or more of the following):
a recognised accountancy qualification - ACA, CPA, CIMA or European equivalent (e.g. DECF, DESCF, DEC, Expert Comptable)audit qualifications - CISA, CIAMBA majoring in finance/accounting from a major international business schoolPLUS EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (TWO or more of the following):
experience gained in a "Big Four" audit practice or with a large multinational groupexposure to IAS (IFRS), US GAAP, French GAAP, German GAAP (GAS) or any other European GAAPsworking knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (2002)knowledge of financial systems - SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, Siebel, PeopleSoftconsulting skills gained in a "Big Four" environment or in a large international firmPLUS LANGUAGES:
