This premier provider of capital, financial solutions and related services to the global healthcare market is the fastest growing healthcare financing company in the industry. Bringing a comprehensive set of financial products and services to the market to healthcare companies of all sizes across a wide range of sectors and countries, they are aggressive and successful. With responsibility for structuring and underwriting deals to maintain high asset quality across Europe, the position is supported by a team of Risk Analysts. The company being at the forefront of the Healthcare business, the position is also responsible for gathering market intelligence and ensuring the group is best in class in industry expertise. The role is highly visible involving internal and external liaison with high level contacts, including pitching to customers. This role will offer excellent career development to the right person who should have at least 5 years of directly related experience including underwriting entire deals, loan structuring, ROI modelling (pricing), scenario analysis, negotiating waivers and amendments and Policy 6.0. Experience in deal leadership, valuation techniques and some experience in workout including exit of distressed loans, re-financings and bankruptcies. The working language is English; other languages are a distinct advantage.
