Our client is a world leader in providing financing, both personal and commercial. With a global reach they are renowned for offering first class client service and their interests span the globe. Highly profitable, acquisitive and fast-growing,their customer base covers small businesses through to Fortune 100 companies. With approximately 1,500 employees and $US10 bio assets under management, they are part of a much larger conglomerate.
Working on a number of business critical projects at any one time, you will enjoy taking responsibility and being held accountable for their success. Driving change on both a day-to-day basis and from a strategic point of view will be a key personal motivator. You will be able to work cross-functionally and manage both up- and downwards. Having the confidence and self-belief to interact both at board level and with a demanding customer base, including pushing back at times, is a key requirement. In addition, the ability to lead and inspire and an innovative mindset is key.
You will have a solid base of project management and will demonstrate a clear customer focus. Possessing excellent analytical skills and able to use data in your quest to drive through change, you will have a high level of comfort using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. With high energy levels and good motivating skills, you will be a self-starter who has a track record of delivering results. A good university degree is required and an MBA would be a plus as would any language skills in addition to English.
