Our client is a large, global bank which provides innovative financial products to a wide range of large cap corporates. Their customer base, with which they enjoy solid relationships at the most senior levels, covers key players appearing on the main stock exchange indices in each country. Through driving organic growth, cross-selling and offering multiple financial products, they smooth the risk process for their clients as well as increasing their own bottom line. To achieve their targets they are recruiting a senior level sales team across Europe which has a proven record in a similar role. Acting as the primary face to the market place on a day-to-day basis for the assigned customer base and prospecting for new clients, the origination directors will be responsible for developing and cementing strategic relationships at the most senior level. This will be achieved either by complementing what has been built so far and broadening the product offering or by building a new relationship altogether. With responsibility for putting teams together to structure, negotiate, document and coordinate transactions, you will work closely with both product specialists and business heads. Candidates will be educated to degree level, have c15 years' experience in a similar role in either the UK, France or Germany interacting at senior level within a large corporate client base. Our client requires that candidates be top performers in their current role and high potential to progress within the organisation. In addition, solid experience of commercial/corporate lending and secured financing is required. The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team is key whilst having strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills.
