The German real estate operation has grown at a phenomenal rate over the last two years approaching a $2 billion asset base with c.100 employees and this expansion is forecast to continue. In order to drive business to the next level, our client seeks a Senior Relationship Manager responsible for origination and negotiation of real estate equity investment opportunities across the region. Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of a dynamic team, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by adding immediate value and enabling a well-established organisation achieve further success. Qualified to degree level, preferably in business or economics, candidates will have good relevant experience as a principal investor in the sector. They must also have local market knowledge along with good analytical, negotiation and business development skills.
