Working as part of a large multicultural international finance team, the position interfaces with critical Finance and Marketing leaders whilst supporting a very influential Company Officer and Member of the Board. Close to the business and completely detached from the recurring monthly/quarterly/annual financial planning and analysis cycles, this is a unique finance position supporting a regional leader in a substantial international region ($13 billion) and ideal for someone who is motivated by ad-hoc project work. The position touches all international markets outside of the US and key challenges include providing ad-hoc support and analysis which can be financial, reporting, product, growth or strategic- related. Executing and delivering in timely fashion for such an influential CEO will almost certainly mean rapid career development and provide opportunities to interface with the top operating management of this prestigious global company. In turn this position is responsible for a team of ten. The successful candidate will need to be mobile as the next position will be CFO of an international business. The company location provides the best of both worlds being based in beautiful countryside yet close enough to a vibrant international city centre. Interested candidates will possess core skills in finance and critical thinking as well as being able to present and interface well at Board level.
