Our client is part of a US$17 billion unit of a triple A rated multinational employing more than 46,000 people worldwide. Launched in Europe three years ago our client's business partners with healthcare providers to improve operational, clinical and management processes and has enjoyed 60% year on year growth. Due to internal promotion our client wants to hire a General Manager to develop, organise and drive profitability. Reporting into the CEO of the parent company this is a highly visible position with complete P&L responsibility, management of a large team and having key strategic impact in building up the business within the EMEA region. Our ideal candidate will have circa 10 years' consulting experience within the Healthcare sector. He/she must have a high level of business acumen, excellent leadership skills and the talent and stamina to work in a high energy growth environment.
